• All products sold on CraftsyThingsy are digital templates and printable files only.

• No physical item will be shipped.

2. Payments

• All prices are shown in USD and processed securely through Shopify.

• Payment must be completed before digital files are delivered.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• No exchanges or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed and the file is accessible.

• If a problem occurs that is clearly caused by us (for example, a corrupted file or incorrect link), we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including sending a corrected file.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, templates, and graphics are the intellectual property of CraftsyThingsy.

• Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used commercially without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• CraftsyThingsy is not responsible for printing errors, third-party print services, or issues related to customer-provided content (e.g., misspelled names).

6. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
