All products sold by CraftsyThingsy are digital downloads.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital files:

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• No exchanges or cancellations can be made once an order is placed and the download link has been provided.

However, if a problem occurs that is clearly caused by us—for example, a corrupted file or a wrong template—we will gladly work with you to correct the issue and provide a proper file.
